Returns Info

We want you to be happy with your order!

If you’re happy, then we’re happy!
If, for whatever reason you need to return an item you can return it for up to 14 days.
If you feel you are going to be a little later returning your items please contact us by email  or phone us to the shop - info@daisylaneclothing.com  - 02885557598

There are no refunds for End of Sale goods (60% Off and over). These pieces are non-refundable and are unable to be returned. Items will need to be collected in the shop by the customer or a postage fee will be charged for us to post the parcel back out.

Please ensure you have enclosed the returns form which has your order number on it. If you do not have your returns slip or lost the original slip, please email us –info@daisylaneclothing.com  and we will send you one. Unfortunately, goods sent without a returns form and order number cannot be accepted and will be returned.

Please Note

To make life as easy as possible, please be aware that we can only accept goods if they are unwashed, unmarked, unworn and with all labels and tags left attached.
We are not responsible for the return costs except in the case where you are returning an item that is faulty.

We would recommend all returns are sent by a recorded delivery service, as we will not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged.

If you are eligible for a refund we aim to refund your order within 3-5 days of receiving the goods. However some credit or debit cards make take up to 10 working days for your bank to process.
